We understand that finding a local GP and medical centre that suits your needs is important, and we truly appreciate your interest in joining our practice. This temporary measure has been put in place to ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality of care and maintain optimal access for our currently enrolled patients. Our commitment is to deliver comprehensive and timely healthcare services to everyone under our care.
What Does This Mean for You?
- If you are already an enrolled patient with us, this change does not affect your access to our services. We are here for your ongoing healthcare needs.
- If you are new to the area or looking for a medical centre, we recommend checking the Te Whatu Ora (Health New Zealand) website or the Healthpoint website for a list of other medical centres in the Christchurch and wider Canterbury region that may be accepting new enrolments. These resources can help you find a suitable practice nearby.
- For urgent, acute medical needs, please remember to visit your nearest Urgent Care Centre or call 111 in an emergency.

While we’re unable to accept new enrolments right now, we still encourage everyone in New Zealand to enrol with a general practice when possible. Being enrolled offers significant benefits, including:
