Unfortunately Te Whatu Ora / Ministry of Health have recently removed all funding for patients with COVID-19, including for consideration / prescribing of antivirals.
Our usual fees apply for all services related to COVID-19, including antiviral prescribing. The antiviral medication itself remains funded, with normal pharmacy copayments.
